I am truly impressed working with Miguel, Jenny and Maria. I was diagnosis with mold illness and my doctor referred me to them for a mold inspection at home. After having worked with various general home inspection companies, I expected a mold inspector to be determined to find molds in my house. Not the case! Miguel was diligent about looking at every corner of the house, inside & outside, up (attic ) and down. He then suggested the 3 areas to do air samples (with our input & approval) for lab testing. He also took time to explain what he is seeing and why he is concerned, etc. The whole experience was calm and educational and we really appreciated it. The report was thorough, and no excessive mold level was found. In the report Miguel provides areas of concern and his recommendations & referrals to address those areas to prevent future problems. Jenny and Maria support the office administration work. They are efficient and call you back when they say they would, which is huge for me. Working with this professional company makes this nerve-breaking process so much easier!

Our Inspector was great! Very seasoned Inspector, very good at explaining the intricacies of mold in a home environment. He had special tools to test the air in multiple locations around the home. I ordered a full home inspection, and outdoor air is compared to indoor air, offering measurements to compare spores/mold strains to make sound recommendations and conclusions. I recommend this company. Great communication and cordial interactions. A++

BEST MOLD INSPECTION COMPANY I have ever used! I have used this company for three of my homes and rec. them to countless friends and family members. Miguel is SO skilled and detailed. Before using this company, every other mold inspector just did the bare minimum and then left. Miguel goes above and beyond to help you understand the possible causes of the mold. AND, you really feel how much he cares. I would never ever use anyone else period!

Miguel's company are the ultimate professionals in their field.. He broke eveything down in great detail to give us as much information and advice as possible about situation. Our problem was mold and he was available to answer many anxious questions from us with patient, helpful, honest answers and kindness. Unfortunately he also had to deal with a very difficult and demanding tenant of ours who badgered him with a barrage of upset messages and demands. He handled this with grace as well. His office manager is also lovely to deal with. I highly recommend his service and I don't often write reviews.

Miguel's Mold Detection company was professional start to finish. Very simple process to request mold inspection service, with DocuSign used to complete paperwork. Miguel arrived on-time, fully explained the procedure, answered our questions during the testing and also explained how the final reports would be delivered and what to look for in the reports. The follow-up after testing with results was prompt, with a nice summary of testing in the email and the full reports attached. I highly recommend Miguel and Mold Detection Southern CA!

Miguel was so thorough in going over the report with me. Mold issues are completely foreign to me and he was so patient in answering all of my questions and addressing next steps. He has even offered that my tenant who resides in the house in question contact him directly with questions. Besides his overall professionalism, another benefit is that Miguel was a former general contractor. Since mold contamination often leads some level home deconstruction, having this knowledge has been really helpful in figuring out the most efficient way to get rid of mold. Would highly recommend him.

I am so lucky to have been referred to Miguel and Jenny - they have both been so incredibly helpful and provided the information I needed in order to address our mold issues in our home. I am finally on a path to feeling better, especially now knowing how I can resolve and remediate the issue and inform my doctor of what has been ailing me in my home. So thankful for Miguel’s wisdom and time to explain any follow up questions I have needed, and the information provided after in the reports is so thorough. Could not recommend this company more, and I have called around looking for a company and these guys are the absolute best and experts at what they do!
