Family owned business in residential custom home building & design since 1996. More recently, the owner, General Contractor and Primary Certified Structural Mold Inspector, Miguel Fernandez, has decided to focus his services as it relates to building defects and environmental concerns.
Miguel has earned a reputation for his efficient problem-solving abilities, quality of professional work, competitive pricing, and compassionate service. He excels at going above and beyond the client’s expectations including lawyers and realtors whom he regularly consults with. Homeowner’s can be assured of 30 years of onsite expertise and a clear, simple & detailed scope of work/report which includes independent referrals for licensed mold remediation and abatement companies.

Jack Clausen, CSMI

Jack is one of the few building inspectors in the Nation that holds 4 prestigious certifications specific to the indoor air quality industry. All 4 prestigious certifications are held by less than 25 inspectors Nationwide, requiring a minimum of 8 years of field experience and training. All 4 certifications are engineering related and accredited. Jack also sits on the advisory board for the American Indoor Air Quality Council.
Jack exercises his knowledge and expertise on a daily basis by consulting with both commercial establishments and homeowners regarding proper property maintenance. Beyond the day-to-day business, Jack has enjoyed personally designing and building all phases of home construction.
